A wedding is the event where mismatched vendors show the most — a florist who's never seen the linen color, a rental company that's never talked to the florist, a DJ setting up in front of a backdrop nobody coordinated with the flowers. Because we design florals and manage our own rental inventory under one studio, your ceremony arch, reception centerpieces, sweetheart table, welcome sign and backdrop are all designed together from day one, not stitched together from five separate vendors.
Our wedding design service starts with your color palette, venue and guest count, and builds out a full look across every touchpoint: ceremony arch and aisle florals, bridal party bouquets and boutonnieres, reception centerpieces (garden-style, tall, or a mix across your tables), a coordinated tablescape with linens and chargers, and any signage, balloon or backdrop elements you want woven in. We're comfortable designing for a traditional church ceremony, a backyard wedding, a beach ceremony on the Oceanside or Carlsbad coast, or a full venue buyout — each setting calls for a different approach and we design accordingly.
Because fresh flowers are seasonal, we confirm exact stem availability closer to your date and will always tell you honestly when a faux alternative will look better or last longer for your specific timeline — an outdoor summer wedding with a long gap between ceremony and reception, for example, often calls for at least some faux elements in direct sun.
Wedding design is quoted as a full package based on your guest count and how many elements you want us to design — share your Pinterest board or inspiration photos in your quote request and we'll build a proposal around your actual vision.
