Custom Backdrops

A backdrop is the single biggest lever you have over how your event photographs — more than the flowers, more than the centerpieces, more than the outfit everyone spent weeks choosing. It's the thing behind every photo your guests take all night, which means it's worth getting right.

We stock several backdrop styles because different events call for different looks. Shimmer walls read glamorous and catch the light beautifully under string lights or a DJ's uplighting, which is why they're our most-booked option for sweet sixteens and quinceañeras. Shelf walls do double duty — holding desserts, favors or a display while framing the photo. Pipe-and-drape gives you a clean, solid-color canvas when you want the room's own decor — or your custom signage — to be the real star.

Every backdrop is built to the size your space actually needs, not a generic panel that leaves gaps at the edges. We measure against your venue's ceiling height and available wall space before your event, and our crew handles the whole installation, from freestanding frames to venue-approved mounting, so nothing is left leaning against a wall or held up with tape.

Backdrops pair naturally with balloon garlands, marquee letters and floral arrangements — many of our couples and parents book a shimmer wall with a balloon garland framing it and a marquee number or monogram centered in front, all coordinated in one palette.

A note on finishes: our wooden backdrops arrive already painted — they are not plain wood unless a description says otherwise. Prefer raw, plain wood? Just mention it in your request — that becomes a custom backdrop and carries an additional fee.
