Yes — you can pick up from us in Fallbrook, set up and break down yourself, and bring it back. Doing it that way means no delivery, setup or breakdown fees at all. Pick-up and drop-off need to be within 24 hours of each other, and additional days are subject to additional fees — just say how many you need. A few things that need professional installation, like balloon installs and large 3D backdrops, are not available for self pick-up. See how it works.

A standard booking runs 24 hours between pick-up and drop-off, which covers almost every party. Need longer? Additional days are subject to additional fees — just say how many you need when you request your quote.

Setup and breakdown is $550 for small events, $650 for standard events, and $850 and up for weddings and large events. It covers our crew building and styling everything in place, then coming back the same day to strike it and load out. Delivery is billed separately. If you would rather handle it yourself, you can — and pay none of it.

Yes — the bulb color upgrade is $10 per letter or number, and swaps the warm white bulbs for a color that matches your palette. Tick the box on any marquee item page and it is added to your quote automatically.

We stock A through Z, but not the same quantity of each — the letter picker on the marquee page shows exactly how many of each we own, so you will know before you request a quote whether a name is possible. For numbers we currently carry 0 through 6, plus an "&" symbol and a marquee shaped like an engagement ring. We do not currently have 7, 8 or 9, but can often source them with enough lead time.

Yes, for smaller events — birthdays, showers, engagements, graduations and family celebrations — starting at $450 depending on how long you would like coverage. We do not currently shoot weddings; a wedding day deserves a dedicated wedding photographer. Ask about event photography.

We do. We design custom themed tabletops for kids parties — cups, plates, napkins and cutlery all made to match your theme rather than whatever the party store had in that color. We also put together custom party favors starting at $20 per child, which include something personalized like a cup with the child’s name plus other favors that match the theme.
